Every year more and more festivals and events are organised in Druskininkai. This year visitors will be delighted with festivals that have become a tradition in Druskininkai and new events.
On 8 March, International Women’s Day, a sustainable weekend for women awaits you in Druskininkai. From relaxing massages to slimming therapies – women will be pampered with spa treatments. Or perhaps your woman needs back pain relief or relaxation rituals?
In April, tourists will be attracted to the resort’s most colourful spring festival – Easter, which will feature festive events with a spectacular Easter decoration park, and on 12 – 21 of April they will be invited to admire blooming daffodils and their sea of yellow flowers in Vijūnėlė Park.

In May, the resort will host the most anticipated spring marathon run, and the Druskininkai Resort Festival will traditionally open the season on the last weekend. For three days, the city will be the main stage for concerts, exhibitions and attractions, and the festival will start with a spectacular theatre parade.

In June, we will watch the Line Dance Festival, celebrate the shortest night of the year and look for the fern flower, as well as celebrate Druskininkai’s 230th birthday.

In July, Druskininkai will host the Baltic Weightlifting Championships, the spectacular American Spirit rally, the unique Jotvingiai Festival in Leipalingis and, of course, King Mindaugas’ Coronation Day.

In August, we will meet at the International Dog Show in Druskininkai, the Dainava Region Festival, bid farewell to summer at the “Echoes of Summer” festival, and invite sports enthusiasts to watch the Lithuanian Triathlon Cup.

Summer weekends will include the international art festival “Druskininkai Summer with M.K. Čiurlionis”, the film festival “Outdoor Cinema Marathon”, the Spindle Festival and the festival at Leipalingis Manor.
At the end of September, the amazing Gourmet Tourism Days with special discounts and attractions at the resort will be announced.

Autumn October will be warmed up by glowing pumpkin evenings, which will attract Druskininkai residents and visitors to the town to walk and enjoy the autumn resort.

The year will traditionally culminate with a series of “Christmas in Druskininkai” events. On 30 November, Druskininkai’s Christmas tree will be lit and the Christmas tree park will be opened. On the weekends, there will be a Christmas market and Christmas workshops, and children will be invited to ride the carousel and the spa railway. For those who enjoy active holidays, take part in the Trenkturas hike on 7 December and the Druskininkai Christmas Run on 21 December!
