“Creation of Worlds” – a journey through the work of M. K. Čiurlionis. An interactive VR experience.
“On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of M. K. Čiurlionis’ birth, the team behind Angelai takais presents a new virtual reality experience – “Creation of Worlds”. Created by directors Kristina Buožytė and Vitalius Žukas, it invites the viewer to rediscover and immerse themselves in the world of M. K. Čiurlionis’s creativity, becoming not only an observer, but also the creator and nurturer of their own worlds. “Creation of Worlds” offers the opportunity to journey through more than 60 paintings by the Lithuanian artist, including such famous works as “Creation of the World”, “City”, “The Deluge”, “Fantasies”, “The Serpent’s Sonatas”, the triptych “Fairy Tale”, and the legendary “The Fairy Tale of Kings”.

The virtual reality experience “On the Trails of Angels” is like an angel’s journey through the world of M. K. Čiurlionis’s work. Created by directors Kristina Buožytė and Vitalius Žukas, it invites the viewer to rediscover and immerse themselves in the world of M. K. Čiurlionis’s work. The viewer is invited to explore 60 paintings by the Lithuanian artist, both well-known and easily recognisable, and less frequently seen, in VR space: ‘Peace’, ‘Angels’, ‘Aukuras’, ‘Angelas’, ‘Žinia’, ‘Saulė’. The virtual reality experience “Angel Trails” has travelled all over Lithuania and has already been seen by more than 500,000 people, and all those who have shared their impressions unanimously speak of a more harmonious world they have entered, of refreshment and calmness, of inspiration.
