Exhibitions of folk art sculptures
By Lake Druskonis, on the other side of the elegant little bridge, passers-by’s attention is drawn to a display of folk art sculptures arranged in a row, based on the legends of Druskonis. One of the legends tells of two sisters, the daughters of Jonas of Druski, who were in love with the same young man. Following this ill-fated love story, people came to call Jonas of Druski’s home ‘Druskonis’.
