Classical yoga is a way of life on earth. It is a refreshment for your body and soul! The class includes Ashtanga, Ha-Tha, Kundalini, Yin, Yang, Ayangar yoga classes. Regular yoga practice develops awareness and determination and the ability to make the right choices. Through yoga, one regains a healthy, flexible, comfortable body, replenishes vitality, regains the joy of life, finds mental balance, and takes a more realistic and optimistic approach to life situations and decisions. To calm the mind and enjoy peace within oneself is the goal of everyone on the path of yoga. As long as there is no freedom of the body, freedom of the mind is impossible.

Hot Yoga is a series of yoga postures called asanas, performed in an environment of 37 degrees Celsius and 45% humidity. This includes the 26th asana of Ha-Tha Yoga and two breathing exercises. The asanas are performed in a specific order, with one asana preparing the body for the next. This strengthens every part of the body and the consistency of the exercises increases the oxygen content of the body. This has the effect of flushing toxins and slags from the body. Hot yoga is uniquein that: * the warm environment provides safety and recharges all the body’s systems – strengthening muscles, bones, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, improving metabolism, the body recovers even from old injuries and prevents new ones, acts as an antidepressant, stops cellular ageing, improves concentration.

Nirvana fitness was born out of a growing awareness of the importance of breath and its impact on our lives. Nirvana fitness shows the importance of breathing, especially diaphragmatic breathing, by extending the exhalation and introducing us to greater awareness. Conscious breathing is the gateway to a peaceful, blissful state.
The music played during the Nirvana class puts you in a meditative, flowing state. Breathing is deep, calm, optimal. The cells are filled with extra oxygen. The body is deeply immersed in dynamic movements. Imagine that you are completely dissolved in what you are doing. Time stands still. In this state there is no hesitation, no stress, no fear, no inner self-criticism. It is a deep pool of inner peace.
Nirvana is an effective antidote to the overloaded and unproductive thoughts that disturb every second of our existence. In Nirvana one learns to tune out the fast-paced reality. Attention and deep presence are increased, creating an effect of calm and concentration. Chronic diseases are eliminated by optimising the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Nirvana fitness is the perfect combination of music, breath and movement.
