Buses from Vilnius to Druskininkai run almost every hour, about 15 times a day. The earliest departure from Vilnius is at 7.20 a.m. and the latest at 8.30 p.m. The journey to Druskininkai takes on average two hours, slightly longer on the non-express service.
From Kaunas to Druskininkai, there are about 11 daily departures, the earliest at 6.10 am and the latest at 7.45 pm. Journey time to Druskininkai: two hours by express, three hours by non-express.
