The “Wheel of Health” wellness complex
We offer a unique wellness programme, presenting step by step the best healing traditions of Druskininkai resort. We created the wellness complex from more than 150 years of experience, our pride – mineral water and peat – gymnastics, baths, therapeutic showers and warm touches of our employees. Relax and let us take care of you!
1 step. Steam bath (10 min.).
2 step. Gymnastics in the mineral water pool (20 min.).
3 step. Steam or dry bath (15 min.).
4 step. Relaxation in the mineral water pool (20 min.).
5 step. Application of therapeutic mud (15 min.).
6 step. Healing showers: scotch whips, circulation, floating (20 min.).
7 step. Salt bath (20 min.)
8 step. Body peeling (10 min.)
9 step. Relaxation and herbal tea (20 min.).
In between treatments, you are invited to relax your muscles in the mineral water pool with currents, and after all treatments are completed, relax in the relaxation space available on the first floor.

It is possible to purchase classical massage services according to the current price list of Druskininkai Health Resort.
