“LTeam winter festival 2023” returns to Druskininkai for the 10th Anniversary event! The annual winter sports and entertainment festival for the whole family invites you to the Dzūkija region from the 10th to the 11th of February.

The Festival programme features a multitude of different activities: from running, luging, and orienteering competition to contests of international sports teams’ mascots, film session and performances by Lithuania’s best musicians.
LTeam Winter Festival follows the format of Olympic Day – all the participants are issued a free-of-charge Participant’s passport and participate in various sports activities to collect points which can be later exchanged into medals, souvenirs, and prizes. And this is only a small part of what the Lithuanian National Olympic Committee (LTOK) and the Lithuanian Olympic Foundation (LOF) organize to experience every year since 2014.
On Friday, 10th of February, Druskininkai residents and city guests are invited to compete in the unconventional “LTeam Night Sprint” run. The start of the run will be given already after dark, the participants will compete on a 3 km course winding through forest tracks and asphalt surface. The last hundreds of meters will have to sweat more when overcoming the slope – the finish awaits at the top of the “Snow Arena” outdoor skiing track!
After the running competition, festival participants will be treated to an exclusive movie screening, to which everyone is invited. Warmly, comfortably seated with a cup of warm drink while watching an inspiring movie – we promise, the evening will be cozy and meaningful!
On Saturday, 11th of February, there will be more than 30 FREE activities at the Snow Arena, festival participants will be able to try out different winter sports and competitions, and chat with professionals in their fields. Here you will be able to get up close and personal with speed skating, rugby, orienteering, floor bouldering, floor curling, try the Bavarian rock slide, cornhole game.

Fans of orienteering will traditionally compete in the “LTeam Rogaining 2023“ competition and it welcomes both runners and cyclists.
There will be plenty of activities for those who have not yet mastered running but would like to walk along the most beautiful tracks of Druskininkai so a hiking trip will be organized as well during the festival.

“Baltic cup 2023” acrobatic skiing and snowboarding competition will be held all day in the Snow Arena followed by awards, night skiing with a DJ and a FREE concert.
