Druskininkai has more than 2,000 places for sauna lovers and more than twenty different kinds of saunas and baths, original sauna programmes with herbs and vanilla, and an annual event – Pirties garas (in Lithuanian Sauna&Steam) which is arranged by the Sauna Friends Association.
